Ok Lee - Who Exactly Have I "Ripped Off"?

Ok, so in a thread from today here's yet another instance where Lee is publicly claiming that I "have ripped people off". He also says that's the reason why all of my companies and domains are banned from here. He claims to be protecting you all from me.

I'm a little tired of having my name drug through the mud left and right by you on here Lee, so let's hear this list of people that I've "ripped off" along with specifics? Surely you have to know the specifics of each incident since you took the step of banning all of my properties and more importantly, since you keep publicly claiming that I "rip people off"?

I can't imagine an ethical business man or board administrator going around publicly stating that I'm ripping people off unless they were personally involved and aware of exactly what transpired?

I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with people since I entered this industry about two years ago, and have positive business dealings with the largest companies in the adult market. Because of that, I can't allow your constant slander of me to go unchallenged.

I'll be happy to publicly address each and every one of your claims Lee. Then you can decide if you want to keep libeling me and my companies from here on out, or if you'd like to start conducting yourself like an ethical businessman. :huh:

WHY? Maybe for the same reason why you're still looking for a distributor for your videos:

Because it was shot in the Venetian Hotel and Casino, including scenes that were shot on the GAMING FLOOR ITSELF WITH TOURISTS AND SLOT MACHINES! You did all of this without a signed location release. If they were to find out about it: you, your distributor, and anyone else that's got this footage on their site would face the wrath of a multi billion dollar corporation's legal department.

Not my cup of tea, and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one on here that's given a big "no thank you" to your footage.

As for your feeds. They were going down every other day, for days at a time, because you were dealing with some 2bit hosting provider called "Dr Gigabytes" While I felt bad for you, you're not a charity and I was paying for feeds, not downtime. I cut your feeds off from my site and stopped using and paying for your services.

There are no tourists in the movie. An din fact, we made it apoint to not shoot any active slots, had Bellagio security standing around us as we shot to make sure of that fact, AND had to reshoot scenes several times to make sure that no tourist or extra without a release was in the shot. The bloopers that I showed you even prove this fact.

I have an email from you in November asking fo rmy wire transfer info so that you could pay me bcause, as you stated in the email "I must owe you $8000 by now." The feeds were active until late November when I removed them. You were still getting traffic to them, so you were still using them. Not to mention that at that point, I had dropped Dr. Gigabytes and issues a credit to all of the clients who had our feeds while they were down. I had been using Chilihost when you decided to not pay us.

You might be able to bullshit everyone on this site, but I will happily post emails FROM you insisting that you were going pay, which you never did.

I have had no beef with you until this. In fact, you were ready to put your star in our next movie! And I have emails about THAT, too.

Look, John. Your only beef with me is that I became friends with Josh Tucker, which you were happy about at first because he was going to be in our next movie, since time constraints prevented him from being in "Field of Creams".

Well like I suspected you would do, the email is actually what is at least 3 separate emails merged together. Hard for a third party to tell which one of us is lying on that one though.

However, let me see if I get the rest of your story straight:

A multi billion dollar gaming resort gave permission to an unknown, gay porn production company, to shoot part of their first gay porn movie on their gaming floor? And the casino security even stood guard while you were doing it?

Strangely, this Casino's website also specifically states that filming on their premises can't be done for commercial purposes, and infact it's illegal to do so. Despite that, they were willing to let YOU be the exception?

Yet, when I asked you for a signed location release before, you told me you didn't have one?

Why don't we contact them and ask if they gave you permission and find out which one of us, you or I, are the one that's lying about things.

Does that sound fair to you Rocky?

Here's how it happened:

We were filming in the Bellagio at the slots just south of the Roulette wheels. A female security guard came up and asked what we were doing. We told her. She said that we could not film there. We asked if we could finish filming if we angled the camera up to the ceiling, and that it would take only 2 minutes. She was displeased, but allowed us to since we did not include any active slots in the shot. After we shot the scene of Chad closing his cell phone (which took less than a minute), she had already called another security guard to come over and had us escoprted to the promenade where it was explained that it was perfectly alright to film. So that is why you see Chad in the casino closing his phone, do NOT see any slots and then see him walking past all of the shops and stores on his way out of the casino, but not actually walking THROUGH the casino.


In another scene where Ashton, JD and Shane are walking through the casino, it is not actually the casino, but the walkway between the Paris and Bally's.

In another scene where Tyler and Chad approach Jeremy in the casino, this is actually forced perspective. Jeremy is not in the casino, but on a walkway next to registration at Bally's that overlooks the casino. Perfectly legal to film there.

Feel free to ask any of the cast that was there when we shot the scenes if this is true or not.
