Good Server/ Host In Europe??

Can anyone give me their recommendations for good hosting companies based in Europe? Pref. a company with a great reputation and great customer support. The current server/host I'm with in the U.S. has immediate customer service by "trouble ticket"/ email or phone and any problem I've had has been addressed in minutes. Hate to leave them but I want to move to a European server....but there are so many and I'd be thrilled if I got some of your recommendations on servers you trust and have had good relationships with.
