CCBill, What A Class Act.
Thanks to CCBill. I have to personally thank CCBill, Patrick and Charna. Things got messed up when I signed up for the Phoenix Forum. Back on January 31st I got a private message from Patrick with CCBill who asked what info I wanted my badge etc. I answered, a hour later I got another private message telling me everything was taken care of.
Well yesterday there was a little mix up and it seemed email's couldn't correct the problem, Charna also with CCBill call me at home and said, Marc let's get this taken care of. In a matter of moments it was. I was struck with what professionalism it was handled. And to do so on a personal level just proved what I have been saying all along. CCBill is simply a "Class Act".
So though this may not be for people to respond or add comments to, I personally want to thank Patrick and Charna, for doing one hell of a job. It's nice when instead of an off and on email explanation, one phone call put everything into it's right place. So again to CCBill, thank for all you do and thank on my behalf for taking care of the error for me personally.

James Thanks. I have dealings with other credit card company's and they turned out to be a nightmare, and I can honestly say, I never had trouble with CCBill and the fact that they called to get the information straightened out and so in a personal yet business manner, to me meant more than anything. My hat is of to you and your staff.
