May I ask why you're selling?

Im hoping to move to Palm Springs by the end of this summer. I visited and fell in love with it, and the socal feeling.

I haven't in the past, mainly coz it was my 'home away from home' and I usually try not to mix the two.....And now thats its listed on MLS...Realtors could show up half way thru a good rim job and get a little more tahn they bargained for! LOL

I'm selling coz I have quite a few friends now in Palm Springs that I usually end up staying with when I go out there, we tend to travel out together from Los Angeles and choose their place to stay coz .....to be honest their house is a $2m mansion/queens palace .....and a lot nicer LOL, I found I wasn't using mine....

As for PS it's a great place to switch off and relax....great resturants, galleries, functions....plus you have the guys that come from all over for the weekend ...makes for good eye candy..... then of course you have....http://www.waterboys.com/WNHX.html and thaty can be hot!!!! (Right Jasun?????? LOL)
