Pay per minute software!

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a hold of pay per minute software specifically designed for webcam sites? This would allow credit cards to be debited on a minute by minute basis depending on the amount of time a viewer remains logged in for. Or maybe you might know of a programmer who might develop one?

At the moment, this is the only software I know of that has a pay per minute gateway. Use for webcams or payperview site type applications.
