Sure did, Patti. The pic was actually based on this photo, but I told Brian to "do his thang" with it and have fun with it.

It really depends on what you are looking for on the cartoon. For example a black and white sketch of a face from a photograph would cost much less then a full color custom cartoon with a lot of detail and multiple charachters.
