We have a lot of these types of models. Pop onto MaxPixels.com and take a look around.

Some specific ones that come to mind are Jason H, Leo R, Sergei, Kiril and Michael. You can look them up by name on our site. And if you do a search for "piercing" or "tattoo" you'll find a lot of guys who have that alternative/skater look.
