building a healthy sexual relationship

Before you making love follow the following steps....
1. Spontaneity may have to take a back seat to preparation: Pace yourself during the day so that you don't get overtired; try having a nap or resting beforehand to relax your muscles and relieve any strain on joints that may cause pain.

2. Have a warm bath or a hot shower to further relax your muscles and joints. Some
people find a hot tub is just the ticket.

3.Take your medication before making love so that you get the full benefit of its pain-relieving effects.

4. Experiment. Be gentle, but explore new positions that ease the strain on sensitive
joints. If your hands are sore, try giving a back massage with your feet and a little warm oil.

5.Tell your partner what feels good-and what hurts. If you can take some of the guesswork out of your partner's caresses, you'll not only spare yourself discomfort but reduce his or her anxiety, and thus increase his or her enjoyment. :))
