Before You Post An Announcement Here Are Some Tips

First of all thank you for poting your news on our forum we really do appreciate it and hope that you will join in the regular discussions in addition to posting your latest news or offers.

When posting an announcement there are several things that you can do to maximize the return on any messages you post these include the following...

1) Read two or three of the announcements that appeared directly before the one you are about to post. If you notice a thread title that is catchy that has a similar announcement that you will be posting, wait a day or two for that post to drop down the board further.

2) Look at the errors and ommisions that other people who posted in the announcement forum left out of their posts. if they didnt mention their payout for example and they were posting about an affiliate program, be sure to mention that information about your program in the post you make.

3) Leave a way for the post readers to contact you off the forum. Many webmasters prefer to have a point of contact with a real person before signing up to anynew affiliate program, content provider or hosting company, by leaving an email address or even an icq or phone number where you or someone in your organization can be reached you stand a higher chance of people getting in touch with you and ultimately signing up for your program or service.

4) In addition to posting on our announcement forum here make sure that you also head across to http://www.spamboards.com and post a message in the appropriate forum over there also, even if it is just an exact copy and paste of the post you make here, by using a dedicated announcement and spam site you stand a higher chance of attracting a reader to your post who is looking for exactly what you are offering.

5) This is the most important thing you can do, make sure you only post your announcement in THIS forum. If we think it is important enough to be posted on the general forum we will move it there ourselves and we do actually do this on a regular basis when something newsworthy is posted. Stick to this one item from this list and you'll never have any issues posting your news or announcements on the GWW community forums.

Again once you have posted your message we also hope to see you join in with the rest of our community discussions afterall, announcements from active community members have a much higher chance of being read than single solitary drive by spams.
