Thanks to Frank at Paycom for going beyond the line of duty!

I just wanted to post this to thank Frank at Paycom for going beyond the line of duty and saving our account. We had a big problem and I had forgotten to update our contact information so he couldn't get a hold of us. He took the initiative to search our sites and find the Zbuckz link and contact us through there...and helped us set things right in a matter of minutes.

Thanks for being our rep Frank, it's not often we get this great of service!! :thumbsup:

It is always great to hear about a company making customers happy. Sadly it is gets more and more rare. Paycom is top notch and I would never expect anything less. :)

Hey Danny - thank for the generous comments. You and CJ are a pleasure to work with - efficient, responsive and knowledgable - it takes two to tango, to get the job done. Also, I couldn't do even half my work here without the finely tuned departments here at Paycom - honestly - it's a great company to work for. (with a rapidly expanding gay presence may I happily add! :develish: ) Anyone going to Toronto next week?

Frank really is great, as are all the people that I have dealt with at Paycom. I am constantly amazed at how fast their support people respond when you have an issue.
