I would very highly recommend Basschick. She's been working with gay sites forever and I am constantly amazed at the level of knowledge she has about the tiniest things that affect conversion.
Don't be put off by the fact that she is neither male nor gay; she knows her shit and will do an amazing job as far as helping you tweak your site and get maximum return/conversion from it.
