PPS Programs That You Dont Promote..

Was just wondering..

Are there any PPS programs you dont promote purely because they only offer pay per signup?

If so, would you consider promoting them if they also offered revshare payouts?

Likewise, are there any revshare programs you dont promote presently but, if they were to offer PPS, you'd start sending them traffic?

there are revshare programs i don't promote because they have proven not to rebill for me but as far as pps, the ones i don't promote are due to their content or other issues.
