I had my first cigarette in almost 2 weeks and i have to say, i didnt enjoy it one bit in fact, i almost puked.
Im pretty certain thats going to have been my last smoke ever especially after all the green shit ive been coughing up all day :eek:

Lee, congrats. Just don't let that one turn into another one, but from the sounds of it, you're over the hump.
Abostonboy, don't give up. Put Maxpower on ignore, take some 5HTP or valerian root, relax a little, and try again :)

Man. It's stressfull.
I am proud to say that it has been 2 years since my last smoke. though I have been tempted .. allow yourself to slip but will power and the desire to live better will get you back on that long road to recover.
Keep up the great work Lee - we know you'll succeed
