Too Much Free Porn Or Too Many Webmasters?

Which is it?

I have one simple belief. Free porn sells and quality content retains.

Our WHOLE model is based on giving the surfer something for nothing and then selling them a sponsor. Without giving FREE porn away, the cost per member to a paysite would be outrageosly high. You would have 100's of companies paying huge click fees on the search engines.

Free porn levels the playing field so just about any webmaster can come in a have a stab at the business. MOST paysite owners started giving away free porn and build a business around it.

So is it too much free porn or too many webmasters?

It seems to me that those who bitch about all the free porn are the ones not getting their banners above all the free porn. All the big opearators love giving out free porn and the traffic from it.

Fuck, I even PAY over $1,000 a month just to have my FREE sites (sometimes w/ over 500 pics in each one) listed at certain places. The more time I have to talk to a surfer, get his trust, the better I am. When he hits my sponsors site, he's looking for one thing - THE JOIN LINK....

Those you bitchabout free porn are the ones that really do not know how to make it work for them. They don't understand the concept that the last gallery page is where you "dump the surfer" somewhere. They don't understand that just because you have a twink site, it still ok to offer bears, jocks, bareback, and filter out a bit. But mostly what I see is THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT A TRAFFIC TRAP IS. Get the surfer OFF the Link List or TGP and into your own traffic trap where you can offer 1,000's of pics in your 100's of galleris and sites and whatever you have.

And IF anyone thinks free porn is killing the industry - TAKE DOWN YOUR FREE PORN!

Would be nice to see some of these sites you're talking about :) Would that be possible, even in a PM? I am curious to see how a site with 500 pics is talking a surfer into buying a porn subscription. Not saying it can't be done, only that this is something I'd be interested in seeing.

It's basically re-doing a tour in my way. Picking models based on traffic.

Example of a paysite that does what I do is amazonaboy.com

Only I send either to the sposor tour or the join page or both. :)

I will back it up with screenshots from my stats. And I will even log in and show you how much the ad cost. Just NOT where it's from....

I have nothing to lose here but share info that makes me money.

Max I have been in this business LONG before you have. I have spent thousands of dollars on paid ad spots. Created 1,000s of avs sites, 1,000s of free sites, designed member areas for several companies, have run affiliate programs for other webmasters as well as my own. I once had 10+% of the membership base of Bedfellow as my own before DMR went bust.

People that I respect, know me and know I got out of my way to help them. The advice I give is sound and from MY experiance, not what someone tells me on gay.com.

I am working now on a project that I MAY even apply a patent for. It's all about data mining, crunching numbers, and trackings surfers every movemants thru a network of "something" (can't say), and push that data to the clients end in the form of text links, ads, sites, and all the sales tools they need to increase conversion. Hell, it even goes as far as allowing paysite owners to offer mulitple prices based on surfers previous action.

And I am a dick weed and don't know what I am talking about. Wait and see.....

I do not understand: if yah say yah do not like each other, how about yah simply ignore (each other).
Save the Junior-high antics (name calling and what not) for the monkey bars - you two can slug it out there.

I only said like 15 words man, but was I right its a bit like shooting in the dark sometimes like this, but makes for at least some excitement around here. People do love drama, hate, and as OReilly says bloviating ;)

IF you notice I am NOT getting personal w/ Max. I make replies to posts he makes. But don't call him any names that readily come to mind.

But, IF he can't even read what I say (supposedly), I feel it's very rude and childish for him to come in and make idiotic remarks in a post I start.
