How do you ban in Links SQL?

There was a way to blacklist in Links SQL but I can't remember where.
Help!

Ughhh...

I know if you go in the database editor, select users, and delete that user he is gone and all his links are gone.

You can also use the db editor to block ips i believe...

right I know how to delete users but that doesn't prevent them from signing up again and submitting sites, which is what this person is doing

You can ban ip. Are they using the same email?
