Don't laugh at the suggestion, but try some Hiurdoid cream, works great on aches and pains.

but seriously, I find that swinging it in a circular motion a few times works, and if not, a warm bath with epsom salts (they pull the lactic acid out of your muscles) followed by a tepid shower does the trick.

You know what the strange thing is..

I dont even remember lying in bed any differently than i usually do lol

The aching has actually passed now but ill def try those tips if it happens again thanks for the help :)
