Webmaster Loyalty Programs - Do You Have One?

So i was chatting with someone earlier today on ICQ about building up webmaster loyalty to Condom Cash and, specifically, how loyalty to a program can be built not only by raised payouts but also, nice 'rewards' for sending sales.

With that in mind, i was wondering how many of our community members that run their own program currently have a webmaster loyalty program in place and, if you do, how you went about deciding what you would offer your affiliates based on the amount of sales they sent during the year?

I have to admit, im currently putting together plans for a loyalty program for Condom Cash affiliates that includes weekends away in addition to gadgets and gift cards based on how many sales they accumulate within a 12 month period.

So what are your thoughts on building webmaster loyalty through a rewards type program and, do you have one for your affiliates if you own a program at the moment?
