Console Secrets?

Now that im back to my usual work routine after the Phoenix show i thought i would ask you folks a question which i had a long discussion about during the show one night.

When you use exit consoles do you have a certain strategy behind how you use them?

What i mean is do you place certain types of sites / niches on the first console over the secon or third etc etc?

How the discussion went was along the lines of offering up paysites on the first console followed by free memberships on the second and email collection on the third.

Obviously this was beng discussed as if it were being used on a PPS model site but i figured i would ask how the rest of you manage your consoles to make the most out of the traffic they bring.
