Thinking of setting up a surfer board.. need input

Thinking of setting up a surfer board, partly as a bit of fun/light relief from all the work and also to advertise our sites, get traffic in a less restrictive way and maybe learn what our surfers like more.

My idea is that it would be fun mainly but we could advertise our sites on the spam board, in our sig and ill share banner spots with webmasters who get involved. You can post pics and video samples or stories and link back to your site. Im ok with gfy style big sigs as long as the person doesnt just come in and do one word posts. i want this to benefit the people who get involved.

I know there is 2257 issues here but im in the uk so not too concerned, im sure i can do it legally. webmasters can link to their own 2257 statement to stay legal.

I will check the site often and if people are interested, get some of you to mod. keep off cp or anything like animals, im very anti rape and violence etc.

What are your thoughts? good idea? shit idea?

Would you get involved and also would you send surfers as well?
