Where Are You Currently Sending Your Exit Link Traffic?

I know this gets asked quite a bit but im wondering if anyone has tried anything new for their 'click here to exit' links over the last couple of months?

Right now, im still using Sedo for my exit link traffic and, its making on average, around $0.42 per click which im quite happy about and that certainly beats sending it to Yahoo or Google :thumbsup:

So how are you folks monetizing your exit link traffic at the present time?

Who uses exit links anymore? The only time I see them is when it seems like the webmaster doesn't know what he's doing.
