So im just getting the finishing touches on this years Christmas marketing and was wondering if anyone else on GWW had done anything special to attract more traffic/sales during the Christmas period this year?
Ive added a few Xmas themed free sites and galleries in to my regular mix which im hoping is going to improve sales this holiday season :)
So, what if anything have the rest of you done?

too concerned the theme (religion) would offend end push away webmasters --- all the other religion's equivalent of the day/time should not be exclude.
However, I have pitched the idea of a higher rev.share % for the entire month of December (webmasters) and a January half-price re-occurring subscription fee (uh, members).

I'm gonna need a higher revshare. Between the new HDTV Tivo and the new Nintendo system and games I gotta get... My family is gonna have a crappy Christmas. :D
