Interesting SEO Question..

For those of you who have high rankings in the SE's, once you notice a site has a #1, #2, or #3 spot, do you go back and change your other sites based on what you did for the one with the top ranking?

For example, lets say you have a result in the SERPs that looks like this...

Gay Porn • Hardcore Gay Porn Paysite.
Hardcore Gay Porn Website With Free Tour.

Would you then use a similar structure for your keywords on any other site you build but making sure you change the wording?

For example...

Twink Porn • Hardcore Twink Porn Paysite.
Hardcore Twink Porn Website With Free Tour.

Would that new site then get a similar rank to the original one as long as the 'content' on the page was similar along with image name density etc?
