My ICQ account has been hacked

Sorry everyone if you got messages from me about some egold or something. What do I do if my account has been hacked?

From what i understand the only thing you can do is get a new one :(

I changed my password and did a bunch of other things a webmaster suggested so we will see what happens.

This is the second time in as many weeks someone's ICQ here has been account. Is there anything that can be done to avoid this?
