as of yesterday I can no longer send or receive URLs in icq messages. If I send a message with a URL in it the message does not get displayed for the other person. Apparently this is happening for others as well.
Is this the same with every ICQ client?
OK I just tested this with 2 other people and both say the same thing, they are not getting any messages that have a URL in them. And both say they were having the same problems yesterday chatting with other people.

I'm having problems too.
We tested it in our office. Here it's working with version 2002a and Pro 2003b.
Other once we are not using here.
This has just started happening to me which is annoying as all hell as im currently waiting on some new design previews and the designers email seems to be getting 'lost' somewhere between him sending it and it hitting my inbox :(

there is also a thread on GFY about this, it seems to be a problem across all versions of ICQ at the moment
Just use AIM. :D
I can now send and receive links again on ICQ :)
Looks like whatever the issue was is now fixed :)
