HELP! Does anyone have phone # or ICQ for Ray at Strongbox?

I'm pissed. Ray at Strongbox apparently decided to implement Strongbox on one of our sites this morning, without telling me (We'd been talking about it over email, but it had been 2 weeks since our last conversation), and in the process he completely broke member access to the site.

He hasn't responded to emails, I don't have an ICQ for him, and he isn't answering his phone.

I've got our programmer looking at it, but we can't figure out what he did. Obviously, this is a really serious problem, so if anyone has any way to reach him, I'd appreciate it.
