RSS Feed Updates - How Often?

I hoping to have my new affiliate RSS Feeds for all 25 of the Condom Cash paysites ready sometime in the first week of January so im trying to find out some of the things that you folks would like to see in the feed itself instead of me just putting in what *I* think you would like to have in the feed.

Also how often should the feed update? Right now im thinking of doing a daily update but does anyone require an update schedule that is longer or shorter than that? Hourly or weekly for example?

Any feedback you folks could offer on this would be appreciated :)
