For personal goals I would like to get all healed and start walking again in 2007 that is my #1 goal.
For business goals in 2007 I would like to get all my projects in the works completed as well new ideas I have for sites. I would like to hire some new employees to help with the workload. Also helping current affiliates make more money and getting some new ones.

Really sorry to hear that man, had no idea you were having problems like that. I guess its a good thing that is sounds like muscular apathy is the biggest problem now. I know its cold their, and your Doc has made up a exercise program for you, but as far as I know nothing would be better for you then a nice heated indoor pool.

I think you should visit us here in Florida. I have a nice heated pool and jacuzzi and before you know it, you'll be chasing those boys down the beach, especially the boys at our local nude beach :)
My goal this year is to lose 100 pounds...at the rate of 2 pounds per week.
I know it might seem a little cliche to want to lose weight for the new year, but I am now in a position where I must medically.
In the last few months (Since the Gay Phoenix Forum actually) I have lost about 30 pounds (From 360 to 330). The only change I made was to stop eating after 8pm, and I basically totally gave up soda.
Last week, I joined Golds Gym...and my boyfriend of four years is acting like my personal trainer. Some days I feel like I could die.
Starting last week, I gave up all fast food...and have begun cooking all my meals at home. A visit to TacoBell.com and their nutrition calculator shocked me when I found that the meal I would normally order was over 3000 calories...more than I needed for a day!
My normal routine was McDonalds for Breakfast, Taco Bell for Lunch, and then usually pizza for dinner from whoever had the best coupon. Seriously.
Now it is Eggs and toast for breakfast...sandwhich and fruit for lunch...and baked chicken and vegies for dinner.
Then there is the stairmaster. If I ever find out who invented that I will kill them.
So anyway...I hope those of you who met me at Phoenix last October will be surprised when you see me in Phoenix this October.
Good luck Mark. I can't imagine what you are going through...but I am just up the road in Fort Collins if there is anyway I can help. (No heated pool, but lots of snow if that helps somehow.)
Hopefully next October you will be able to dance, and maybe even get your arms around my then skinny waist...and we will belt one out together!

I started working out months ago, but I only did 1 hour walks, 3-5 times a week. Not enough, obviously.
As of last week, I'm up to 2 hours a day at the gym with an average hearbeat rate of 135-140 bpm. It's murder lol. I go with my husband most days, so at least we get to walk on the treadmill next to each other and talk. Like you, it's a health issue with me. My mom and sister both have diabetes now, and I just won't end up there myself. The weight loss project now takes priority over anything else, work included. So, between working out for 2 hours a day, sleeping an extra hour or two to cover up for the muscle buildup and spending time with my kids... I am left with under 5 hours of work a day :(
Anyway, best of luck to all with the 2007 wishes!

Personally my goals for 2007 are to join in business, set up some TGP sites, and pref a few membersites too.
I got round to buying hundreds of domains, I just didn't get round to doing anything with them.. So thats my business goals :)
Personally, I need to stop smoking, start going to the gym more, and as always look for the "one".

I think goals to lose weight are great. The best results I have seen with some friends is when they get a personal trainer. I have been working out since I was 16 and started using a personal trainer and I have never been so sore. My friend Amber lost over 70lbs already with her personal trainer and my boyfriend got down to 13lbs of body fat. I think a trainer keeps you motivated and on track with your goals. No matter if you do a personal trainer or not just keep your mind focused on losing the weight. Mind of matter.

for me, Just peace on earth and goodwill twords men lol, honestly i am happy finally, and business is doing nice! :cheekymonkey: so i wish everyone a good holiday, and for the new year i decided to wear suits as a daily thing, just to feel good and just project what i feel, i used to do it in high school, in the miami vice era and and all my teachers all gay lol, wanted to fuck me lol, but i just feel in this society of ill manners etc, it would be nice when i go out to have a hat and a suit like a 1940's guy :) tony bennett sinatra style etc :) just thought of this tonight lol :D but i am going to shop hehe and of course find a tailor, nothing worse than an ill fitting suit :)
my goal is just a little peace of mind. And to improve myself more

For personal goals; spend much more time with my b/f, friends and family - as they really matter in life.
For business goals; build more smaller sites to feed my bigger sites with more traffic. Not worry about things related to my dayjob after 5pm.
