I would like to invite everyone to join the crusade against mainstream social networking. AlbertaStars.com is a free-thought, no-holds-barred, ADULT ONLY community - pretty much the same as myspace or any other social networking site, only it has a strict 18+ only rule in effect, to prevent members from “I’m so emo, my parents don’t understand me” crap of 14-16 year olds.Unlike other social networking websites, AlbertaStars.com has First Amendment in place, which states that the administration of the site will not implement any rule as to limit members right to express themselves in the way they want. This makes it the only site of its kind where your fundamental rights are actually rights, not privileges. The goal is to give people a place where they can say what they want, and the way they want without being threatened by expulsion – which is never the case of social networking sites. Most of you will surely agree, because you either are or were members of some of major social networking sites and you know very well that while participating in sites doings you always have to watch what you say or what you post, because it could get you the boot.Taking all this into account, we have created a social networking site which is unparalleled on the web, making it an attractive portal to trendsetting adults with purchasing power and disposable income. The absence of kids also allows the site to have such forums as “Porn Forum” where members can post porn, discuss porn, organize porn and do all things porn, or the “Fuck Forum” where you can use any type of colorful language you want. Granted - in order to make this a place for a wide range of personalities such forums have their own sections, so that those who do not want to participate are not openly exposed to them, or obliged to contribute. This makes it a site to suit all tastes.For adult webmasters (I’m one too) there has never been a better way to have perfect demographic at your disposal. This is a social networking type of site, where members can post in their journals, organize events, meet with likeminded in forums, etc. – simply do all things any other social networking website offers – only they don’t have to worry about censorship and bullcrap presence of underage kids brings. I have to stress, though, that AlbertaStars.com is not an advanced version of this site. It was not created as a portal for adult webmasters - we welcome all adult webmasters - but the site was created to offer mature internet users cool alternative of mainstream social networking sites. Members of AlbertaStars.com have profile pages with personal galleries (the site also allows to upload 18+ images on your profile) use the site to network with others. Everyone who is over the age of 18 is welcome, but we'd prefer to keep the site what it is - a social networking site, not a spam fest (though I realize I'm posting spam here) with affiliate links. Being the adult webmaster myself, we understand that such site can help appraoch audiences all other means available to you don't reach, hence we are working on the script to offer all of our valid members a way to advertise their sites in an unobtrusive (more productive) way – ad space will be available on profile pages. We’re considering offering this ad space in exchange for forum posts. The site is still very young and has not gone officially live. Distribution of press releases has been postponed until next year. As administrators of the site we’re also working on creating Elite Member profile types for our pioneer members. Elite Members will be rewarded with extra features and additional profile upgrades. There’s a lot to look forward to. I have no doubt that each of you who will become a valid member will benefit from the site profusely.
