CCBill Affiliate Tracking Question...

Does anyone know if CCBill affiliate codes can also track inside a sites members area?

I know it uses cookies and ip tracking but im not really sure what the limitations of the affiliate tracking are right now.

CCBill does contain a feature similar to this request which can be setup by our clients from within their Webmaster Admin panel.
