What Do You Think The Most Over-Rated Affiliate Program Feature Is?

We've all seen them, programs that offer everything under the sun, hosted promo tools out of the wazoo, specialized scripts to track affiliates traffic and sales, etc, etc.

I was just wondering, out of all the different features programs have available to them to date, what type of feature or product do you think the most over-rated one is?

I have a couple of worthy mentions, the first being no-console tours, to me it doesnt matter if a site has a console or not. Also free content, to me, i really dont care if a sponsor has free content available.

So what about you folks, what features on affiliate programs do you think are over-rated?

Oh geez, I don't know. I think maybe Flash banners have become completely obsolete with the changes in IE. So I think any program that features them is wasting time.

Non-hosted free content is worthless to me. I've only heard of one sponsor that would supply 2257 documentation. Also, a number of link lists and a few TGP's will not take free content submissions.
