Anybody TGP-Savyy here?

Hi folks,

I installed SmartThumbs and the free ArrowTrader script - now I'm stuck with "what the hell am I supposed to do now" :D

If somebody has the time and patience to show me how to setup a very basic layout (like http://www.gaycategories.com) where from each category (needs setting up) a thumb is shown and which then points to the category-subpage for that "niche" I would GREATLY appreciate it.
