at3 counts hits incorrectly

Hello guys,need you help :)
1. One trader told me in icq that he sent me 21hist and asks why i dont approve him. From my side I look on my stats and see just 6hits counted.
Later on another trader told that he sent me 14hits, but my stats says that just 1hit from him was counted
Whats wrong? How could I fix that?
2.Wrong traffic distribution
ATX and AT3
Why does it distribute traffic in a wrong way? A trader with bad "productivity" gets more traffic as against with another trader with good "productivity", who gets less traffic
