Help With Affiliate Program

My affiliate program (DareDollars) has been live for 3 months yet no one has signed up. I was hoping to get input from the forum. I thought the program that we created was a good one:
- payouts for the life of the membership to our online Gay DVD rental site (DareDVD)
- payout rates competitive
- tools offered to advertise the site

If there is anything we're missing I would appreciate any input.
