Should the winner of 200K not want the hosting package, is it transferable?
No it isnt.
Any prizes offered on GWW must be used by the contest winner, thats part of our regular 'rules' for contests, moreso with the milestone contests.

Lee's rules make sense to me too, its the winner's prize and if he/she does not use it, it is not transferable.
