The last I heard, outster was spyware. I used to like gayrated but their counter has been broken for 2 years now.
It's an idea that is due for a rebirth. :)
with so many good and affordable web server log analysis software programs out there, do you think counters are still needed though?
For the traffic that they can possibly send high ramking sites. Gayrated used to send me a nice amount of traffic. And if a counter site does it right, they can become very valuable for link pop for counter users. And not to mention, they could get nice SE traffic themselves.Quote:
