How Do I Find Out Who This Affiliate Is?

I dont think u can un-encode that but if u provide it to them they can look it up and deal with it just give em the url -- with the endoded id

In the future ---

In ccbill to locate that click affiliates at the top
Then Reports / then transactions / select todays date range and youll see signups on the right ~~ now click affiliates in the right hand window

Then u can filter thru each one making selections until you find the url that matches the affiliate that sent it ~~ thats the easy way but its not easy till u do it a few times ccbill is complete but damn hard to figure out ...

There was no referring URL, i can use WebAdmin pretty well ;)

I just voided your transaction out, client support told me it could take up to 2 business days for the charge to show as being refunded, let me know if you havent seen it by then and ill check with CCBill about whats happening for you :)
