Kind of makes you wonder what the FBI copyright notice at the beginning of DVD's means.
Is the FBI out there catching stolen videos distributed on the web? I don't think so... seems the burden of copyright owners :innocent:
Imagine if someone stole your car and it was your job to find the car and send a notice to the person who stole it to give it back or risk going to court and/or being fined ;)
Also interesting how Google re engineers the uploaded videos to .gvp format so it's downloadable to your computer and only playable in their format. Kind of like what got Veoh in hot water with Titan, but a tad different and more of a liability don't you think?
