Online Marketing Position (Part Time/Contract)
Part time Contract Adult online marketing position
10+ hrs/week
Innovative and ethical adult gay media company (you might know us as www. bearfilms.com) seeks an experienced and creative adult online marketer to help us maximize our exposure and reach. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an open-minded, flexible and enterprising person. We are a small group of professionals who enjoy what we do, and we're looking to add another go-getter to our team who can help us move to the next level!
The position has involvement in all aspects of online marketing for our company including:
- Managing and growing our affiliate program
- Managing search engine optimization
- Identifying and pursuing new marketing opportunities
- Driving monthly promotions and bundles of our products
- Managing all aspects of regular customer e-newsletter (writing, promotion definition, etc.)
- Working with our graphic designer to create compelling online ads
- Measurement and tracking of all marketing statistics
- Creating reports on existing campaigns
- Partnering with executive team to develop new and innovative content/promotions for our members
The following skills are REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of adult online marketing experience and successful practices
- Search Engine Optimization experience
- Affiliate program experience
- Conversion and Click-through knowledge
- Email newsletter experience
- 2+ years working with the public
- Some knowledge of HTML
- Strong verbal/written communication and time management skills
- Strong proficiency using computers, online applications, and online searching
- Comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience with the gay adult online community (helpful)
