This year i dont think we're actually doing anything, mom just got out of hospital for an operation on her mouth so she's gonna be out of it for a few days, the rest of the local family are all away on business or vacation so i think ill probably fire up the grill and do steaks for Gary and myself.
Just wondered if the rest of you folks had any plans for the 4th?

Sorry to hear about your mom Lee. We still haven't decided forsure, Pismo Beach has a huge fireworks thing here, but I am not sure that I want to fight the traffic getting in or out. We may head up to Pirates Cove (the closest nude beach) and watch them from there. :pirate: :pirate:

Whatever became of Red Devil Fireworks? Those were the only brand my family would by. And they had like 24 different size boxes to choose from.
My friends just bought a house on Wonderland Ave, 5 houses down from where the John Holmes murders were committed. We're going to do a weenie roast and walk up the mountain to watch fireworks from The Hollywood Bowl and Santa Monica. It should be fun but it's going to be hotter than fucking hell here!! :shades:
I am going to take my sone to go watch the fireworks whows that hey have here. He will love that!
