It also makes you wonder how the first guy that thought it was phallic convinced the rest of those nutjobs to kick up a fuss about it, i mean seriously, it must either be a community of total idiots or the rest of the world must be crazy.

We drove down to Keizer last December to see a neighborhood lights display. While down there, we saw these traffic barriers...no one in our vehicle mentioned anything about them, and they did not seem unusual to me. Guess a lot of "old biddies" got cock on the brain!
How long until someone starts to pour white paint over the top of them and draw veins along their length? Haha.
