Whats a good way to send documents almost instantly from one office location to another?
We need to send a bunch of papers to our New York location over the next few weeks and faxing could be problematic because of the quantities as would FedEx/courier because they need to be there the day they are completed.
Anyone got any suggestions for me please?

a PDF scan and then a backup of Fedex (If they need to orig. files)
If they can have a FAX on file - then the PFD would be the equal
And if your next issue is bogging down email clients - Upload them to a protected area and give them server access to it.

All of my Macs have built in PDF printers. My VISTA machine needed an add on.
pdf's are universal
yes adobe pdfs will be the bestest way for you to do this i think
