Photoshop CS3 has a color wheel that picks 3 that work together If you don't already have cs3
Or you could use the websites that list 3 and 4 color combos
But I find magazine ads to be a great resource for finding color combos I like best.
http://www.colormatch.dk is still my favorite tool for picking web color schemes.
