I think I pay models pretty fairly. I have seen some companies that pay a flat fee for a certain amount of scenes (which I have done on occasion) I have also seen some pay on a per scene basis (which is what I usually prefer). Which method do you guys think is more fair for both the model and the producer, and what is a good rate to pay for models in the 18-24 age range?
