Do you stick with one designer or use several?

I have until now, just stuck with one designer, and while I still send him work here and there when I have something for him, I find myself looking at other ones and talking to others.

Do you guys try to use the same designer for each site so that everything looks consistent, or do you use other ones for promotional items to keep the styles varied?

I think its important to use several, or all your sites start to look the same and prolly convert the same too. Using a variety of designers gives you a lot more chance to find one that works really well!!!

I agree, using different designers gives you multiple options. And since you have (or should have) the code for your designs, consistency should not be a problem.
