On some videos when they stream WMV you can skip to different parts, and on some you cannot.. is there a code to put into the page so that they can skip around or how does that work?

On some videos when they stream WMV you can skip to different parts, and on some you cannot.. is there a code to put into the page so that they can skip around or how does that work?
Are you sure its streaming wmv files? And that the file has fully loaded first before trying to skip? I believe you can skip on all streaming wmv files.
