Is there a good tutorial anywhere on AVS sites?

I would really be interested in learning more and starting to do some AVS sites. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

CozyAcademy (dot com, I think) has an AVS segment in its tutorials. I last saw it perhaps 3 or 4 years ago, so it may be dated.
