We're throwing a party next weekend and have a bunch of duck eggs that id like to use for an appetizer, i was going to do poached duck egg and mushroom toast but i cant find the recipe for it int he kitchen so was wondering if anyone else had any duck egg recipes they wouldnt mind sharing?
