I was running a report of declines and I found one that says "Do not Honor". Does anyone have any idea what this reason would be for a decline?
Thanks. - Michael

I think that's a generic decline message from a particular Visa or Mastercard institution, as in "don't accept this card" ... so in actuality, not any different than "decline" except different wording. Perhaps it was a foreign bank or something.
Thats for an expired, cancelled or stolen card i beleive isnt it?

Ok, thanks. The wording was what was confusing me.
Theres actually a page in webadmin that explains what all the 'reasons' are, the only problem is, whenever i need it i can never find it but it is definately in there LOL
Maybe Paul, Mark or Gary can let us know where to find it when they see this thread :)

Lee
The decline reasons can be found in the help section of the CCBill web admin. Here is a link to the list.
