Network and Hosting Manager

dotCOM host and Red Apple Media has an opening in our San Diego office starting October 1, 2007.

Basic Information:
Full Time
$40,000 to $60,000
Two weeks vacation

Skill:
Linux and Window server
Great customer service skills
Basic to moderate PHP experience
Have or willing to obtain CCNA
Ability to self manage and be motivated to learn
Phone skills
Better then average typing
Basic HTML

Duties:
Help maintain servers and hosting accounts
Answer support phone calls and online support chats
Answer support tickets in less then 10 minutes
Debug and help with client issues
Help setup and maintain servers
Be able to participate in weekly staff meeting
Some evening and weekend projects
