New Download 2 Own Site - Suggestions Please

Sorry, I'm in a goofy mood today.

Anyways, I'm starting a download to own site: www.xxxdto.com

It's going to launch on Monday October 1, 2007.

It will have 3 options for consumers to choose:

Download and own one scene from a dvd from a studio
Watch one scene from a dvd from a studio in streaming.
Download 50 images from a scene from a studio dvd.

I've been told by many people to stay away from DRM, it's nothing but hassle and isn't worth it and I'll have continous problems yadda yadda yadda.
So many people have told me that.

So now I'm looking at further options and what my options are.

Honestly, I'm not the most literate person in the world when it comes to programming, etc. I lack very much so in that area.

Can anyone provide me with suggestions on whats the best way to go for my download 2 own section? So far we have aprox. 130 scenes encoded into .wmv files. I'm figuring out where to go from here.
